The terms that apply when you use acharyavedica.com, book a session, or engage with Acharya Vedica / VedMani guidance.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of acharyavedica.com and related educational and consultation services offered by Acharya Vedica. By using the site, booking a session, or contacting us for guidance, you agree to these terms.

Nature of services

Acharya Vedica provides personal Vedic Lifestyle guidance, including Jyotish (Vedic astrology), Vastu, and Ayurveda-oriented lifestyle education. Sessions are private 1:1 consultations, not a marketplace of many providers.

Educational guidance only. Content and consultations are for personal reflection, learning, and lifestyle orientation. They are not medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed professional care. Always consult qualified medical, legal, or financial professionals for those matters.

Booking and payments

Consultations are primarily booked through Topmate via our Book page. When you book on Topmate:

  • Topmate’s terms, payment processing, and cancellation tools apply to that booking
  • Pricing and session length are as shown at checkout on Topmate (or as otherwise confirmed in writing)
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling details

Other arrangements (for example WhatsApp coordination) may be agreed case by case. Our Refund Policy describes cancellation and refund norms.

Accounts and site use

If the site offers login, OTP verification, tools (such as kundli or panchang), or forms, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the site lawfully and respectfully
  • Not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform
  • Keep login credentials confidential if you have an account

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated or if needed for security or maintenance.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, branding (including Acharya Vedica and VedMani marks), images, and original content are owned by Acharya Vedica or used under license. You may not copy, republish, or commercialize our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the public site.

Session insights are for your personal use. Recording sessions or redistributing session materials requires prior consent.

Third-party links and tools

The site may link to Topmate, WhatsApp, social profiles, analytics providers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites, apps, or their practices. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and guidance are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free tools, or specific life outcomes from consultations or educational content. Jyotish, Vastu, and Ayurveda guidance are interpretive and personal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acharya Vedica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on educational guidance. Our total liability related to a paid consultation is limited to the amount you paid for that specific session, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
